The content on this website is general information about our work. It isn't professional advice for your particular system. The pressure check on the home page is a general guide, not a diagnosis: if you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.

Prices and quotes

The hourly rates on this site are what we charge, with a one-hour minimum. Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract. Any work, and the cost of parts, is agreed with you before we start.

Photos and content

The photos on this site show our own jobs. The text, photos and logo belong to Primestar Heating or are used with permission. Brand names such as Worcester Bosch and Vaillant belong to their owners and are used only to describe the boilers we work on.

Links to other websites

This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp and Facebook. We aren't responsible for their content or how they use your information.

Our liability

We aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
