Do you come out for emergencies, evenings and Sundays?
Yes. Emergency call-outs run 24/7, Sundays included. For a breakdown or a leak, call 07591 825675 rather than filling in the form.
How much does it cost?
Planned work is from £100 an hour. Emergencies are £120 an hour during working hours and £170 an hour outside them. Every rate has a one-hour minimum, and you know the rate before I start.
Are you Gas Safe registered and insured?
Yes. I'm on the Gas Safe Register, registration no. 985639, and I carry £5 million public liability cover.
Can you fix the heat interface unit (HIU) in my flat?
Yes. HIUs are the units in flats on communal heating. I repair, service and install them: fault lights, no hot water, valves and heat exchangers.
Do you work for landlords, letting agents and businesses?
Yes. As well as homeowners and tenants, I work for landlords, letting agents, offices, restaurants and shops.
What should I send before you come?
A photo of the boiler, HIU or leak on WhatsApp, and the pressure on the boiler's gauge if you can see it. That way I come with the right parts.
